HARDLUBE-TiALN+WC/C
HARDLUBE coated HSS and solid carbide drills deliver excellent results in cutting problematic, long chipping materials (soft steels, stainless steels and aluminium alloys) dry or with minimal coolant. The low friction WC/C coating effectively provides a polished flute to aid chip evacuation, and the hard TiAIN coating protects the cutting edges against wear, even at extremely high temperatures. Coating of choice for machining with high demand of friction and temperature control.
